SealTransfer is a small Swiss product with a simple premise: creative work should be paid before it is handed over. This page says plainly who runs it, where your money goes, and where your files live.
SealTransfer is operated by No Fame GmbH, a company registered in Zurich, Switzerland. It is run by people you can actually reach, not a support queue. When you write, the person who answers is the person who can fix it.
Payments run through Stripe, in Swiss francs. When your client pays, the money is held for 72 hours as a dispute window, then transferred to your connected Stripe account. Platform fees are 8% on Free, 2% on Pro and 0% on Studio, and there are no other charges. We never touch your card details: Stripe handles them end to end.
Files are stored on infrastructure we operate ourselves in Europe. No third-party cloud, no subcontractors, no resale of data, no AI training. Uploads are scanned for malware, previews are watermarked, and expired transfers are deleted on schedule.
